Neha Agrawal

Founder and Managing Director
Neha has more than a decade of collective experience in journalism and corporate communications. It all began with a brief foray into the world of online and electronic journalism before embarking on a stint in developing and managing communications for national and international organisations. After servicing other organisations over a period of time, she has finally found a niche to set up an advisory and consulting firm that currently keeps her active. Neha has studied Majors in Sociology, Mass Communication and Human Rights. She has been guiding youth in the integrated development of their personality, social etiquettes and finesse as an inspirational speaker and trainer. She is a known philanthropist and advocate in bringing about attitudinal transformation in diverse stakeholders. Neha has a deeply embedded interest in contributing to society by participating and promoting many social causes, and providing wholesome communication advisory and execution of plans and strategies to various organisations. She is an active member and contributor to TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs, a global network of entrepreneurs), President of the ‘Youth Forum’ of International Association for Scientific Spiritualism (IASS) and sitting member on the boards of a few charitable organisations.


Richa Sharma

Richa was almost content with the role of raising a perfect family until the day when she received a call from MensenTock. She said yes and expressed her interest for pro bono work with MensenTock. Richa was the first member to join the team and since then, she has been editing and copywriting for the company and its clients. Richa has a solid background in advertising and account servicing as she had worked with Bates India (WPP) and Saatchi and Saatchi. She later found academic work with an editing firm more attractive and this academic bent steered her towards teaching Advertising and Cinema at SIES Group of Institutions. Meticulous in articulating her thoughts, Richa writes for the readers and not for the clients. Well, this is one of the reasons the clients are all praises for her work.

Sucheta Das Mohapatra

Sucheta is from Odisha, a land of unique artefacts, luxuriant forests and wildlife, bountiful coastline and a wide range of tribes. She has earned her Postgraduate Diploma in English Journalism from the prestigious Indian Institute of Mass Communication. Sucheta also has to her credit a Masters in Communications and Political Science. She has been a writer, editor and proof-reader with top newspapers like The Hindustan Times and The Asian Age. Incidentally Sucheta was in charge of communications and layout design of marketing collaterals while working with publishing houses and other industry verticals. She carries 15 years of extensive experience in editing and stands out as a strong pillar to MensenTock. Leveraging that experience in combination with the belief in perfection, she carries rare skills in working on raw content and polishing it for all platforms, be it print, electronic or digital.


Subhash Sinha

Subhash Sinha began his work with The Times of India and saw the reputed mainline daily grow during his 17 years there. He held senior positions with Nai Duniya Pvt. Ltd. and ‘India Abroad’, where his significant work and contributions are remembered even today. With more than three decades of professional experience as CEO and Vice President at advertising and media houses, Subhash carries powerful insights into the industry. He is considered as a revered ‘father’ at MensenTock where every member banks upon him to minimize their work risks

Sumita Rathore

Sumita is the quintessential member of MensenTock. She is an all-rounder when it comes to creative assignments with a flavour of media and entertainment. Sumita tends to pick up the most daunting task and executes it to the end with utmost ease. Over the years she has been associated with public relations firms, production houses and NGOs managing their media relations, brand promotion and event management. Sumita enjoys picking up a new activity and giving creative treatment to it. Sumita is also an actor and radio presenter with Doordarshan and All India Radio respectively. An excellent table player, she is a trained classical dancer in the India’s finest dance form of ‘kathak’.


Gagan Girotra

After his studies at IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta, Gagan worked across Investment Banking and Institutional Banking with DBS Bank (Singapore’s largest bank). Besides his work commitments, Gagan spent his time in coaching and mentoring future entrepreneurs. After seven years of stay in Singapore, he felt compelled to get back to India, his motherland. Since then, he has been associated with B-schools, including IMT Ghaziabad and Delhi Technological University where he is a visiting faculty and is on the panel for student selection. With bountiful insights into the corporate world, Gagan assists in making key business strategies and development initiatives at MensenTock. Gagan’s venture PRXA prepares students for competitive entrance examinations such as CAT, GMAT, BBA, BBS and SAT. Multifaceted as he is, Gagan makes it a point not to miss any chance to ‘sing’. Apart from being honoured as ‘DBS Singing Idol’, he has received many rewards for singing from reputed cultural and corporate organisations.

Rahul Kumar

Rahul is at his best when he is busy thinking and conceptualising new ideas. He is a journalist by profession, a blogger by choice and an avid photographer by passion. His association with top publications like The Times of India, The Pioneer, India Today and The Financial Express has led him to report on the problems of urban development to profiling star hotels in Shanghai and covering conferences in Barcelona to World Bank meetings in Rome. Rahul finds it equally thrilling to write about elections and ICTs. Being a professional photographer, some of his photo collections can be seen on Demotix, Photo Philanthropy, Light Stalkers and Future Challenges. In short, Rahul brings in domain specific knowledge to MensenTock through his meticulously woven creative concepts and plans.


Sanjay Rathore

Sanjay loves to put things in ‘frames’, be it adjusting the shutter correctly or capturing moving shots with his high quality camera. He travels to the nook and corner of India shooting for documentaries, docu-drama, fiction, news story or any other format of electronic medium. Sanjay has previously worked with NDTV Good Times, Zee News and Azad News as editor and producer. He is gifted with a photographic memory. An enthusiastic observer, he is often caught visualizing and scripting a storyline.

Kunal Khanna

Kunal is a programmer by profession and an epicurean by passion. He almost loses his soul when he is into editing video in the wee hours. He keeps merging and mixing different sounds until he stops challenging his own creativity. Kunal has worked for popular television channels like Aajtak, NDTV Good Times, UTV Stars and Travel Trendz. His contribution to the famous ‘’ portal is still remembered. Kunal enjoys meeting and interacting with Indian cinema celebrities. He deftly manages some of the most difficult tasks with ease. Here is an aside for you: Kunal can be won over with a plateful sumptuous food with soul-stirring Punjabi music in the background.
